Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on www.batchlane.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The product is not a part of the non-returnable items list (see below).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards or vouchers


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@batchlane.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the return status.


4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after we receive your bank details.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes additional processing time.
