2. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier workload, or external factors (like weather or strikes).
4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 may apply.

Additional delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes within India.

An additional COD handling fee may apply.

Customers must provide a valid address and contact number for successful delivery.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment using the provided link or directly on the courier partner’s website.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or non-availability of the customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, we may deduct the forward and return shipping charges before issuing a refund or reshipment.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Batchlane.com delivers only within India.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with images of the package and product.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
